Sierra Vista Spring Bike Festival

Information for Shops and groups with Booths

Sierra Vista Park main entrance at 1985 Beaumont Parkway, Reno.

All tent, table and truck set up should be complete by 9:30 am.  We do not want vehicles backing up and equipment set up happening when our guests arrive.

Bike shop and vendor booths will be in the upper / new parking lot near the pump track.

We do not have room for many shop vans in the main booth area. Let us know ahead of time if you have a compelling reason, such as equipment for bike repairs.

Reno can be windy in the afternoon.  Make sure you are able to secure tents, banners and anything else that might blow away.

Only invited food and beverage vendors can sell food. Other sales activity is OK.

There will be first aid equipment in the motor home parked near the central tent.

Unfortunately, there is no electrical power at Sierra Vista Park.
